Would any one on the site like to comment on the article by John in Thursdays Advertiser? he states that the money for the philharmonic will come from government grants. I have asked him will the two million be taken  out of the Chief exec's budget which was put there to cover the above. And i am still waiting for an answer.If it went back maybe we could have something to cut the community charge.With your comments over KPMG.My problem is simple why should we pay large sums of tax payers money to get someone to tell us something we should no ourselves?we need to be a little bit brave and not hide behind others
